1. Tell us which rental package you want, along with any ADD-ONS you'd like to reserve. We will confirm the total price for your reservation.


2. Provide your name, phone number, email, delivery time, and event location.


3. Submit a full rental payment to secure your reservation. We will either text or email you an online invoice. We require that the person who paid for the rental be present during delivery with a valid ID so our service providers can safely deliver, set up, inspect, and give instructions.


4. Schedule a convenient pickup time. Once delivery is complete, we will have you sign a service agreement to verify our delivery, inspection, and instruction. We will also verify a good pickup time for the rental.    If you require the equipment beyond the original rental period, any extension or overtime request must be submitted and approved in advance by the Service Provider.  You must pay the additional fees immediately to confirm any extension or overtime.


 

We only accept payment from the client who will be present for the rental delivery. That same client is responsible for the rental service fee, and any additional costs for add-ons, missing, damaged, or broken equipment.


To pay for your rental service, we will email or text you an online invoice. On the invoice, we will detail the client's name, rental package, event date, location, and delivery time for confirmation.  We will have the client sign a service agreement after delivery, set up, inspection, and instruction are given.


Accepted Forms of Payment: Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover


Not Accepted: Checks, Peer-to-peer mobile payment apps (including PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle).


 We deliver rental equipment only to the client who paid for the rental service and do not release equipment to any third party. 


Delivery time is noted on our online invoice and our service agreement. We will always call ahead of delivery to verify the client's availability. If the delivery date, time, or location needs to be changed, please call us to verify availability & we will send you an email confirmation of the changes.


If the client is unavailable at the time of delivery, the Service Provider will make reasonable attempts to contact the client by phone and text message. If the client remains unavailable after such attempts, the Service Provider reserves the right to cancel the rental. In such an event, all rental payments shall be deemed non-refundable and forfeited in full as liquidated damages. 

All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure safe delivery, setup, inspection, and instruction of equipment to the client.

 All equipment must be returned at the agreed-upon pickup date and time. If the renter requires the equipment beyond the original rental period, any extension or overtime request must be submitted and approved in advance by the Service Provider.

 If the Renter cancels the rental within seven (7) days before the scheduled event date, the rental payment shall be deemed non-refundable and forfeited in full as liquidated damages. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to karaokerentalsindallas@gmail.com and confirmed by a follow-up phone call (972-881-1403) to be considered valid. Verbal cancellation requests alone shall not be effective. 


(I) If the Renter is not available at the time of delivery, the Service Provider will attempt to contact the Renter by phone and follow up with a text message. If the Renter remains unavailable despite reasonable attempts to contact them, the rental may be canceled at the discretion of the Service Provider. The rental payment shall be deemed non-refundable and forfeited in full as liquidated damages. All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure safe delivery, setup, inspection, and instruction of equipment to the client.


(II) If the Renter requests to postpone the event, the Service Provider may apply the rental payment toward a rescheduled date, provided that the new date occurs within twelve (12) months of the original event date and is subject to equipment and date availability.


 

Refunds apply for the following circumstances:


1) If the Service Provider is unable to perform the rental delivery services for any cause outside of the Service Provider’s control, the Service Provider will return in full, all payments made by the Renter in relation to the rental service.


2) Cancellations made within seven (7) days due to acts of God, death, flood, fires, earthquakes, explosions, war, invasion, hostilities, terrorist threats or acts, riots, civil unrest, government orders or laws, embargoes or blockades, actions by governmental authorities, national or regional emergencies, strikes, labor stoppages, slowdowns, industrial disturbances, epidemics, pandemics, influenza outbreaks, or bacterial infections, declared states of emergency, shortages of medical supplies or equipment, power outages or transportation shortages, and any other similar event beyond the reasonable control of the impacted Party.

3) All rental items are inspected in the presence of the Renter at the time of delivery and are guaranteed to be in working condition for the event. If any equipment suddenly stops working due to normal mechanical wear and tear, the Renter must document the issue and report the malfunction immediately by calling or texting (972) 881-1403.  


If the issue cannot be resolved remotely and the equipment is confirmed to be malfunctioning upon pickup, the Service Provider may issue a partial or full refund based on the results of the equipment inspection.  


The Renter is financially responsible for any damage caused by drops, liquid exposure, direct sun exposure, misuse, negligence, or other user-related error. In such cases, the Renter agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement for the damaged equipment.
