Our rentals are for up to a 24-hour period based on the delivery date & time, and the listed pricing includes the full reservation cost, delivery, setup, and pickup.
Our process is simple:
1. Select your rental package.
2. Provide your name, contact information, delivery time, and event location.
3. Sign the service agreement and submit a 50% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon delivery and completion of setup. We ask that the person who reserved the rental must be present at delivery so our team can walk through how the equipment works and ensure everything is set up to your satisfaction.

We only accept payment from the client who signed the service agreement. That client is responsible for the initial deposit, the remaining balance, and any additional costs for add-ons, & missing, damaged, or broken equipment.
To pay for your 50% deposit, we will email you an online invoice after we receive a signed service agreement to confirm the rental date, time, and location.
The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery, but may also be paid in advance through an online invoice.
Accepted Forms of Payment: USD Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
Not Accepted: Checks, Peer-to-peer mobile payment apps (including PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle).
We only deliver to the client who signed the service agreement. We do not release equipment to any third party without prior notice. If equipment is delivered to a third party at the client’s request, the client who signed the service agreement remains fully responsible for any missing, damaged, or broken items, regardless of their involvement.
We deliver everywhere in the Dallas/Ft. worth Metroplex. If you have a question on if your location is within range, please give us a call at 972-881-1403.
Our rentals are for up to a 24-hour period based on delivery date and time, and all equipment must be returned at the agreed-upon pickup date and time. If the renter requires the equipment beyond this timeframe, extensions must be requested and approved in advance. If approved, an additional $200 fee will apply for each extra day. Extensions are limited to a maximum of two additional days.
