Unfortunately nowadays, credit cards are easy to use & very easy to steal. To protect you and your information from fraud; the person who reserves the rental must be the same person who picks up, pays for, and returns the rental.
1. If the name on the Credit Card does not match the name on the Driver's License, that form of payment will be declined.
2. If the Driver's License does not belong to the person picking up, the rental will be declined.
3. Any peer-to-peer mobile payment apps & Virtual Credit Cards are not accepted.
4. If you have a corporate or business credit card, it MUST have your name on it. Nameless cards are often fake & misused, and will be automatically declined.
We do not allow third parties (anyone who didn't reserve the rental) to pickup, pay for, or return our rentals.
