We practice a professional, healthy, and hassle free working environment for our employees - we will immediately refuse any rentals if anyone is non-compliant with these policies.

If the name on the Credit Card does not match the Driver's License, that form of payment will be declined.
If the Driver's License does not belong to the person picking up, the rental will be declined.

We can't guarantee walk-ins.

No, we do not allow third parties to pickup, pay, or return our systems.

The renter must pick up the day of their reservation.
We will schedule a time for pickup during the reservation call.
If you are running more than 30min late to the pickup appointment, please be sure to call us so you aren't automatically canceled.
If the renter wants to pick up a day early, the rental will be charged as a 2-day rental, regardless of usage.
We are located inside the Willow Bend Mall, 2nd level, next to Dillard's.
The best place to park is in the Dillard's parking garage (labeled D).

Please allow us 15 minutes to demo the rental for you.
All rental equipment, karaoke USBs, and accessories will be checked during pickup and in the presence of the renter.
This ensures all aspects of the rental are in complete working order, and that the renter knows how to use the equipment before anything leaves the store.
Once the quality check & demo is complete, we will charge the lieu of deposit.
We can help transport the equipment to your car if needed. (Most rental bundles are very compact).
The lieu of deposit totals the replacement value of all the equipment, karaoke USBs, and any other accessories you rented from us.
The lieu of deposit will be refunded upon return of the equipment provided everything is returned in the condition of whch it was picked up.
If any part of the rental equipment is broken, damaged, abused, stolen, or missing, the amount of the damage will be assessed and will be charged to the renter's credit card on file.
This varies depending on which bundle you rent out, as well as how much music you take with you.
We will always tell you how much your deposit will be when you call to make a reservation.

All rentals are daily rentals, so they must be returned the next business day (including Sundays).
Because of liability issues, damage, theft, and safety to the rented equipment, we require the renter (person who picked up the rental) to be the same person returning the equipment the following day.
If someone else returns the rental, we cannot charge them the rental fee or give them the lieu of deposit. We will hold the lieu of deposit until the original renter comes in. This is to protect your personal information.
The rental fee is due upon return.
The lieu of deposit will be refunded after the rental is checked in & inspected.
If any part of the rental equipment is broken, damaged, abused, stolen, or missing, the amount of the damage will be assessed and will be charged to the renter's credit card on file.
Multi-day rentals must be scheduled upon reservation to avoid late fees, and to guarantee availability.
If the karaoke rental is kept for an extra day without prior booking, a late fee applies.
This means you will owe a 2-day rental fee + a late fee.
Our late fee is $50.
We will not adjust your reservation to a multi-day rental if the equipment is already checked-out & in your possession.
The renter is responsible for the equipment at all times.
The renter cannot rent out the system to somebody else.
The renter must also be the individual using the rented equipment for their personal use.
We do not allow any individual picking up any rental equipment for someone else's personal use.
In case the renter has technical problems, the renter has difficulty setting up the equipment, or difficulty operating the equipment; we require the renter to contact us immediately.
The renter needs to make us aware of any problems at any time.
During our business hours, you may call, email us, or text us about your technical issues. We will discuss the problem with you and get it resolved. If we can't find a solution over the phone, we will allow you to bring the equipment back for a replacement. We always want you working so your party is a success.
If it is outside of our business hours, you must email or text us a video of the equipment not functioning at the time of your party.
If the renter does not contact us immediately, notify us of any problems with the rented equipment, or show video proof of malfunctioning equipment, we will assume that there are no problems.
In regards to any equipment with Bluetooth features, we do not recommend the Renter or any guests to wirelessly connect their phone or any other device via Bluetooth.
The Bluetooth connection is entirely reliant on your mobile data and/or Wi-Fi service provider.
This makes connectivity unpredictable.
We are not responsible if any or our Bluetooth compatible equipment fails to connect, drops a signal, distorts, freezes up, or otherwise doesn't function to your liking.
If for any reason, any aspect of the system quits working while in your possession, you must send us video evidence, regardless of time. This way we have a concise record of any technical issues. When the equipment is returned, we will set it up in the presence of the Renter, to assess the problem. If the problem persists, a partial or full refund may apply.
If we learn afterward that the system did not function correctly, and the equipment works as it should during the check-in process we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund.
If the equipment was previously reported as non-functional and the equipment functions as it should during check-in, we cannot offer you a refund.
If the equipment isn't used at all while it's checked out to you, we cannot offer you a refund.
We are not responsible for any issues due to operator error, we cannot issue a refund for any operator errors.
As stated above, due to the unpredictable nature of Bluetooth connectivity, we cannot offer you a refund.
The renter will accept complete responsibility for all the users of the equipment during the time the equipment is being rented by the renter.
The renter will will notify karaokerentalsindallas.com if there is any loss and or damage to the rented equipment due to you or your guests’ negligence and or improper use. Not using the rented equipment the way karaokerentalsindallas.com and/or the manufacturer's instructions; not using the rented equipment for its intended purpose; allowing the rented equipment out of you or your guests’ personal control and possession; and or not protecting the rented equipment from damage or loss all hereby constitute "improper use".
The renter assumes all risk or loss, destruction and liability resulting from the use of the rented equipment and hereby acknowledges that karaokerentalsindallas.com will not be held liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, that may arise out of the use or the improper use of the rented equipment regardless if used singularly or in connection with any other equipment.
The rental equipment requires a level, sturdy, hard, clean, & dry surface.
The equipment is to be protected from the weather elements at all times.
The Renter will not setup and operate the equipment in light rain, heavy rain, snow, ice, direct heat from the sun without cover, windy or heavy winds, cold storms, dust storms, wet grass, mud, sod, puddles, or other areas hazardous for the equipment.
The renter will exercise care over the rented equipment so as to prevent any loss and or damage to the equipment. You will notify karaokerentalsindallas.com immediately in the event of any loss or damage to the rented equipment.
The renter is responsible for any loses or damages to any and all karaoke rental equipment, machines, components, speakers, microphones, microphone cables, any and all cables, laptops, karaoke USBs, and playlists in their possession. Losses or damages will be assessed and charged to the renter's credit card on file.
You further agree to pay the cost of replacement or any repairs to the rented equipment up to the retail price of the rented equipment for negligence and or improper use that causes damage or loss to the rented equipment.
